具体要求：

主要职责    Main  responsibilities


1、非标自动化整线和单站设备的设计，工装夹具设计；

            Design  for  non-standard  automatic  line  ,  single  station  equipment  and  fixture 

2、现场装配调试问题解决，协调客户和供应商；

            On-site  assembly  and  debugging  problem  solving,  coordination  of  customers  and  suppliers

3、检查三维设计结构合理性，审查设计图纸；

          Check  the  rationality  of  the  3D  design  structure  and  review  the  design  drawings

4、三维详细设计，绘制机械零部件图纸、装配图纸，并根据现场需要进行更改；

          3D  detailed  design,  drawing  mechanical  parts  drawings,  assembly  drawings,  and  making 

          changes  according  to  site  needs

5、技术文档的编写归类；

          Preparation  of  technical  documents


岗位要求    Competencies  required  for  the  position


1、28-38岁本科及以上学历，

          28-38  years  old,  bachelor  degree  or  above,

2、过程装备与控制工程，机械设计制造及自动化、化学工程与工艺相关专业，

          Process  equipment  and  control  engineering,  mechanical  design  and  manufacturing  and  automation,  chemical  engineering  and  technology  related  majors,

3、8年以上非标成套设备（200万元以上）设计工作经验，

          More  than  8  years  design  experience  in  non-standard  complete  equipment  （over  2  million  yuan）

4、熟悉使用Auto  CAD、Solidworks等机械设计相关软件，

          Familiar  with  Auto  CAD,  Solidworks  and  other  mechanical  design  related  software,

5、会同相关人员与客户进行项目的前期技术沟通，

          Carry  out  pre-project  technical  communication  with  relevant  personnel  and  customers,

6、根据客户的需求及相关前期技术项目方案，

          According  to  customer  requirements  and  relevant  pre-technical  project  plans,

7、负责公司产品的设计、生产出图，申报产品的外购件。
